1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and use of the Academy Gaming LLC merchandise store at merch.academygaming.org. By visiting the store, browsing products, placing an order, or using any store feature, you agree to these Terms and to any policies linked from the store, including the Privacy & Cookie Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the store or place an order.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

If you are under 18, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into the transaction or that a parent or legal guardian has authorized the purchase.

3. Products, Made-to-Order Items, and Availability

Many merchandise items are produced or fulfilled after an order is placed. Product availability, colors, sizes, artwork placement, materials, and fulfillment timelines may vary by item and production batch.

• Product photos and mockups are provided for reference and may not perfectly match the final item.
• Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, or production process.
• Products may be changed, discontinued, or removed without notice.
• We may correct errors in descriptions, pricing, availability, or promotions at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders are subject to payment authorization, fraud review, production availability, and acceptance.

Payment processing is handled through third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers on our servers. Your payment provider, card issuer, or bank may apply additional terms, processing rules, or fees.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, incorrect shipping information, or another issue affecting fulfillment.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and other charges may be calculated during checkout based on the order details and delivery location.

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, and sale pricing may be limited by date, product, category, location, quantity, or other conditions. We may modify or end promotions at any time unless prohibited by applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, delivery estimates, and available shipping methods may vary based on product type, destination, fulfillment provider, and carrier availability.

• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or events outside reasonable control.
• If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will provide updates or available options as required by applicable law.
• For international orders, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import restrictions, or delivery issues may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. Because many items are made to order, returns are generally limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Size, fit, color preference, buyer’s remorse, duplicate orders, or address errors generally do not qualify for a return or refund unless required by law or unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Account or order-history features may be available through the store. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account or order information has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly.

If the store allows reviews, comments, form submissions, or other customer content, you are responsible for what you submit. You may not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, infringing, spam, or malicious content.

By submitting content to the store, you grant Academy Gaming LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, moderate, edit, and remove that content for store operation, customer support, product display, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
